Cathy and Bill Henderson

Being natives of Lake Norman is a rarity these days.  However, our knowledge and understanding of our area's changing real estate market gives our clients THE ADVANTAGE!

In 1969, we met at North Mecklenburg High School and have been a team ever since.  Bill was a Project Manager for AT&T for 32 years and Cathy was an IT Manager for AT&T for 26 years.  While managing our careers, we also raised three lovely daughters and now have four beautiful granchildren.  Blessed is a word we use often!

In our first year of real estate, we excelled with over 5 million dollars in sales and the number keeps growing.  Real estate is our business - not our hobby.  We work long hours and work hard to make your real estate experience a good one.  Honesty and integrity are the basics of our business.  Innovative marketing keeps our sales numbers high as you will see from our A 'La Carte real estate services.  Call today for details.

My grandfather owned Wilson Sausage Company, the 4th oldest operating business in Mecklenburg County,until it closed in 2005. My father owned and operated a meat distributorship in North Mecklenburg until 1985 when he retired. I have one brother and one sister. Both parents are in good health and still living in North Mecklenburg.

Prior to my career in Real Estate, I was a Data Processing Professional for over 30 years.  I've always worked closely with people and pride myself on doing the best job possible by paying attention to detail.  These are the same qualities that are helping me today to be a success in Real Estate. 

I have been happily married to my high school sweetheart for over 33 years.  We relocated to North Carolina ten years ago and have made it our home.   I love to play golf and go boating.  Unfortunately, I don't have nearly enough time for either.
